China Daily's foreign reporters Jocelyn Eikenburg and Matt Bossons traveled across the country to share the stories behind people's efforts to shake off poverty through the internet.
They experienced some internet marketing methods firsthand by selling goji berries through online platforms, and they also picked apples, sang folk songs and ate luosifen (river snail rice noodles) with local people.
