Food trucks help lighten the mood at quarantined neighborhoods

Breakfast trucks have been an efficient on-the-go meal solution for office workers in Shanghai since the city began promoting the service last year.
But this week, for the first time, these trucks will be extending their services to neighborhoods that have been cordoned off because of the pandemic.
From 7 to 9 am every day, a red truck will be parked near the Guixi residential neighborhood in central Shanghai's Huangpu district for volunteers to acquire breakfast for residents. The neighborhood was on Sunday classified as a medium-risk area for the spread of COVID-19.
