Hong Kong ripe for smart application development: Academician

Chan Ching-chuen, Hong Kong's first academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, told China Daily that Hong Kong can further develop as a model city of smart applications, such as electric cars, especially with cooperation between the Chinese mainland and the city.
