China publishes family virtue stories of old revolutionists
BEIJING -- A collection of stories about good family values and the family education of China's older generation of revolutionists and some role models has been published by the Central Party Literature Press.
The book, compiled by the Institute of Party History and Literature of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, contains family value stories about more than 30 of the older generation of revolutionists. These include late leader Mao Zedong, as well as over 20 renowned role models such as national model worker Ma Yongshun, according to the publisher.
The book is expected to encourage officials and the public to make greater efforts in building good family values and promoting personal integrity and family virtues, the publisher said.
