National security law is needed tool to protect HK from secessionist activities

Ian Grenville Cross, former director of Public Prosecutions of the HKSAR, expressed his support for the national security law for Hong Kong.
He said the national security law is a necessary tool to protect Hong Kong from secessionist activities.
He added that the law will restore the type of stability that business wants and enables people to be safe again as they go about their lives. It also will create jobs.
