Xi to deliver speech at World Health Assembly

President Xi Jinping will deliver a speech at the opening ceremony of the World Health Organization's 73rd World Health Assembly, which will be held via videoconference on Monday, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying announced on Monday.
