Forest fire occurs in Beijing's Yanqing district

A total of 230 firefighters and related staff have been sent to put out a forest fire that occurred in Yongning town, Yanqing district in Beijing on Wednesday afternoon, according to Beijing forest firefighters' official Weibo account.
The city is now experiencing strong wind and the Beijing Meteorological Service said on Tuesday that the wind on Wednesday night might reach the level eight or nine, with 18 being the highest in a wind-strength system. The wind in certain parts in the capital might reach level 10 or higher, it said.
