Josh stocks up plenty of snacks at home.

Josh, who is from New Zealand and lives in Hainan, shares his daily life at home during the medical emergency period. Josh spends most of his time studying, watching Chinese movies, cooking and eating snacks.

Josh usually studies Chinese when he is at home.

"Maybe I'm not having a meaningful holiday, but I'm having a good rest during this period," Josh said with smile. He hopes that everyone in Hainan can stay healthy during this period.

Cooking meals at home is what Josh often does during the emergency period.

When it comes to the medical workers, Josh said: "I'd like to thank all the medical professionals and Chinese government for their hard work to contain the virus. I hope everything in China will come back to normal."
