6 killed in traffic accident in Northwest China

YINCHUAN - Six people were killed and 14 others injured after two vehicles collided in Northwest China's Ningxia Hui autonomous region, local authorities said Thursday.
The accident occurred at 6:30 pm Wednesday at an intersection in the Helan county in the city of Yinchuan, capital of Ningxia, said the city government.
Those injured are being treated in hospital and are in stable conditions.
An initial investigation showed both vehicles were overloaded. The cause of the accident is being further investigated.
