China's lawyers association to offer legal services for corporate tax cuts

BEIJING - China's lawyers association will offer public legal services to help domestic and foreign enterprises enjoy the country's preferential tax policies.
China has pledged to reduce the tax burdens and social insurance contributions of enterprises by nearly 2 trillion yuan ($289.9 billion) this year, following colossal tax and fee cuts in 2018.
The All China Lawyers Association said it would carry out more research on the tax cut policies and provide explanations and consulting services to enable firms get the most out of the preferential tax reductions.
Meanwhile, the association will also organize lawyers nationwide to participate in the drafting of laws on tariffs, real estate tax and consumption tax.
