China issues top-level policies for private enterprises' market access: Liu Shijin
China has issued a series of top-level designs and policies for private enterprises on market access, and enforcement of these policies should be intensified, said Liu Shijin, deputy head of the 13th CPPCC National Committee's economic committee at a news conference on Wednesday.
The unspoken rules, such as the inequality issue, should be solved during private enterprise development, Liu said.
Opening-up the market is not only for foreign companies, but also should be for private enterprises that will be conducive to enhance Chinese companies' competitiveness, Liu said.
Moreover, private enterprises should be prepared, and enhance capability to cope with intense competition, Liu said.
