Xi's speech at reform, opening-up gathering published

BEIJING - President Xi Jinping's speech at a grand gathering Tuesday to celebrate the 40th anniversary of China's reform and opening-up has been published by the People's Publishing House.

The book is available at Xinhua Bookstore outlets across the country from Wednesday.

Xi is also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission.
