Xi's special envoy to attend Mali presidential inauguration

BEIJING - Chinese President Xi Jinping's special envoy, Zheng Jianbang, will attend the inauguration of Mali President Ibrahim Keita on Sept 22, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Geng Shuang said Thursday.
The attendance of Zheng, vice chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, is at the invitation of President Keita.
