BEIJING -- Chinese President Xi Jinping's special envoy Su Hui, also vice chairperson of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), will attend Emmerson Mnangagwa's presidential inauguration ceremony in Harare, Zimbabwe, Sunday, at the invitation of the president, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lu Kang announced Saturday.
