Our country has zero tolerance toward crime. South African police support BRICS, and safety and security will be ensured throughout next week’s event (BRICS Summit). As a police organization, we want to ensure the people are safe. Our business is to protect people, combat crime, as well as end violence and all forms of unacceptable behavior that threaten the safety and security of the people. The country appreciates all the great minds sharing their ideas with us on China’s vision of jointly building a community of a shared future for mankind. We, as the South African police service, are committed to doing more to foster a culture of good governance and integrity.
