CPC leadership stressed in Constitution amendment proposal

BEIJING - The Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee proposed to add a sentence stressing the Party's leadership in China's Constitution.
"The leadership of the Communist Party of China is the defining feature of socialism with Chinese characteristics," read the proposal which was made public Sunday.
