World's fastest unmanned boat built in China

China has made the world's fastest unmanned boat, reported Science and Technology Daily.
The unmanned boat, Tianxing 1, is a gas-electric hybrid boat with a maximum speed of over 50 knots (92.6 kilometers per hour). It is 12.2 meters in length, with a full load displacement of 7.5 tons.
The boat was jointly developed by Harbin Engineering University and Shenzhen Hispeed Boats Technology, the largest official speedboat manufacturer in China.
