Party committee member of financial ministry under probe

BEIJING -- Mo Jiancheng, a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC) committee of the Ministry of Finance, is being investigated for suspected "severe disciplinary violations," the CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection said Sunday.
Mo, born in 1956, is also the leader of the ministry inspection team sent by central authorities.
