Dec 2, 1986: Enterprise Bankruptcy Law (Trial Implementation) approved
On December 2, 1946, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China decided to reshuffle the Department of Urban Work. Premier Zhou Enlai was appointed to hold a concurrent post of the minister of the department.
On December 2, 1949, the Central People's Government Committee held its fourth meeting. The meeting decided to make Oct 1 as the National Day. The meeting discussed and passed the national fiscal budget for the year 1950 and decided to issue a kind of government bond. The meeting also approved the general principles for organizing the people's congresses at provincial, city and county levels.
On December 2, 1963, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council in principle approved the plan for science and technology development in 1963-1972 and requested to rapidly expand the scientist team who were both socialist-minded and professionally competent.
On December 2, 1986, the Eighteenth Meeting of the Sixth National People's Congress Standing Committee approved the Enterprise Bankruptcy Law (Trial Implementation).
