March 19, 1980: Deng Xiaoping proposes three guiding principles for the draft of the "resolution on several historical issues since the founding of the Party"

First, establish the historical position of Mao Zedong and develop Mao Zedong Thought. Second, conduct a realistic analysis of the 30-years'of history since the founding of new China. Third, do a basic summary of the past through this resolution.

March 19, 2007: The State Council issues "several views on accelerating the development of the service industry", proposing to speed up the development of the service industry and improve the proportion of the service industry in the three industry structures

March 19, 2010: The Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee holds a meeting to sum up the activities of the whole Party's practicing scientific outlook on development
