Israeli settlers shoot dead Palestinian teenager: sources

RAMALLAH - Palestinian security sources said on Friday that a Palestinian teenager has been shot dead by Israeli settlers near the West Bank city of Ramallah.
The sources said the body of 16-year-old Ayssar Zaraq was found dead apparently three hours after he was shot in the back on a hillside.
Ayssar's friend said they had seen armed Israeli settlers shooting at their friend, according to the sources.
Meanwhile, Israel Radio reported that an investigation into the incident was underway in cooperation between the Israeli army and Palestinian security services.
