At least three killed in Ukrainian hospital explosion

KIEV: At least three people were killed as oxygen tanks exploded at a hospital in Ukraine's eastern city of Luhansk, the Interfax news agency reported on Monday.
The blast at Luhansk's No. 7 Hospital partly damaged the hospital building, Interfax quoted a government source as saying.
There may be two more dead under the debris, the source said.
Police and rescuers were working at the scene. Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko is due to arrive in Luhansk soon.
