Japan coach Takeshi Okada has named an unchanged line up for the World Cup second round clash against Paraguay on Tuesday, while the South Americans have made three changes for the game at Loftus Versfeld.

Okada has kept faith with the side that started all three of their group games, with Keisuke Honda expected to provide the ammunition for Yoshito Okubo up front.

Japan are bidding to reach their first World Cup quarter-finals and end Asia's drought against South American teams in the tournament.

Paraguay coach Gerardo Martino has dropped Nelson Valdez and Denis Caniza from the side that drew 0-0 with New Zealand, bringing in Edgar Benitez and Nestor Ortigoza.

Julio Cesar Caceres is suspended and Antolin Alcaraz returns to the side after injury.
