Greenland Group announced an agreement with China Eastern for a strategic partnership in the field of airport economy and service synthesis development.

According to the agreement, Greenland and China Eastern plan to cooperate in three aspects.

1.Comprehensive estate development 2. They plan to cooperate with each other to develop land in Shanghai Hongqiao Airport, Yunnan Wujiaba Airport and Hefei Luogang Airport, building comprehensive support facilities for the upgrade of the local airport industry.

At the same time, they plan to invest in the airport economic zone near airports in more than 20 cities, including Zhengzhou, Fuzhou, Nanning, Yinchuan, Xi’an, Harbin and Shenyang.

2.Hotel trusteeship operation and assets purchase

Both sides plan to run a trusteeship operation and assets purchase in Shanghanghangzhan Hotel-Management Company and SAL Travel Hotel.

Also, China Eastern promises to choose a branch hotel of Greenland Group as its contracted hotel for business trips and crew accommodations.

3.Cooperation in other fields, including air transportation, general air service, travel ticket, advertising and trade.

Before this cooperation with China Eastern, Greenland Group formed a strategic cooperative relationship with China State Construction Engineering Corporation and Zhangjiang Group.
