Guangzhou – Westin Hotels & Resorts today launched a unique road show in China celebrating the iconic Westin Heavenly Bed "Out of Home" China campaign from 5 – 13 November, 2011 with eye-catching outdoor displays.

As one of participants of this Westin Heavenly Bed "Out Of Home" China Campaign, The Westin Xi'an held its own activity on November 12, 2011 at Century Ginwa, near to the city’s landmark - Bell Tower. The campaign attracted locals and tourists, who got to familiarize themselves and understand the steps involved to make the perfect bed. In addition, The Westin Xi'an launched a "Yoga in Bed" program, inviting guests to learn how to do yoga from the Heavenly Bed from a professional yoga trainer. Guests enjoyed both activities as they could not only experience the heavenly bed, but also learn how to achieve physical and mental health through this program. The Westin Xi'an also gave away various prizes from the Heavenly line of products, including the "Heavenly Pillow".

Westin Heavenly Bed "Out Of Home" China Campaign introduces the industry's most luxurious bed to the world's biggest market for luxury goods – while also promoting the upscale brand's historic expansion across China. It kicks off at the main site - Guangzhou Opera House in China's southern economic powerhouse on 5-6 November 2011 and extends to Shenzhen, Hefei, Nanjing, Tianjin, Fuzhou, Wuhan and Xiamen, as well as two key cities with new Westin hotels opening by early next year – the coastal manufacturing centre of Ningbo and the ancient northern capital of X’ian, home to the famous Terracotta Warriors.

"The Heavenly Bed is a modern icon of luxury and comfort taking its place among the world's most prestigious luxury brands finding a key market in China," said Brian Povinelli, Global Brand Leader for Westin Hotels & Resorts.
