2011 China Liuzhou International Water Carnival is scheduled to take place at Liuzhou City, Guangxi from Oct 1 to 5, 2011; carnival parade will be held then.

To better demonstrate the mental outlook of solidarity and common progress of all nationalities, the national unity matrix composed of young men and women from 56 ethnic groups is particularly set.

In accordance with the directing team, young men and women of all ethnic groups dressed in national costumes will hold ethnically featured musical instruments and accessories to interact with Chinese and foreign guests as well as audiences attending the carnival. Ethnic dance will be performed to show the customs of various ethnic groups and to bring out their good wishes to all friends present.

The organizing committee welcomes the young of 56 ethnic groups to sign up for the matrix. For those candidates who meet the selection criteria the organizing committee will take charge of the fees for round-trip transportation and accommodation.
