HEFEI - "The industrial park in our county has 108 industrial enterprises above designated size and 28 of them are high-tech companies.

In the park, you can find a mountain of key enterprises, such as Yili Industrial Group Co. Ltd, Honglu Group, the Sixth Industrial Park of Royalstar Group, COFCO and so on," said Xia Mingming, Deputy Director of the Shuangfeng Industrial Park Administrative Committee of Changfeng County.

"Shuangfeng Industrial Park has now developed very well in four aspects during the past 18 years: urbanization of infrastructure, community construction of social undertakings, upgrading leading industry and modernization of management," Xia added.

Xia also said that Shuangfeng Industrial Park in Hefei, provincial capital of East China's Anhui province, is ready to build more and more large hi-tech industries with the intention of making the Industrial Park worth a hundred billion yuan capital during the 12th Five-Year Plan (2011-15).

Authorized by the People's Government of Hefei City in 1993, Shuangfeng Industrial Park was approved by Anhui Provincial Science and Technology Department as a provincial-level high-tech industrial park in 2007.

"Shuangfeng has now become the economic pillar of Changfeng County," said Deng Fazhi, Deputy Director of the Publicity Department of Changfeng County Committee of the Communist Party of China.

Changfeng County, which used to be one of the national economic supportive areas, has now developed into one of the top 10 counties in Anhui province.

"The progress Changfeng County has made is due mainly to a number of enterprises located in Shuangfeng Industrial Park," said Deng Fazhi.

"More especially, Found Technology Co. Ltd, Hefei Sanyi Jianghai Pump Co. Ltd and Honglu Group are three remarkable first-class enterprises among them, which emphasize both economic benefits and cultural values," Deng added.
