B. General
Great Wall Awards, as the most influential advertising awards in China, offer advertising professionals the opportunity to promote themselves by showing their most creative works in the 17th China International Advertising Festival to be held in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province of China from 22nd to 24th October 2010.
C. Awards
The awards given are as follows:
1. The Grand Prix shall be awarded among all the gold-award works.
2. The Juries will award Gold, Silver and Bronze Awards in each category to entries judged to be deserving of this honor.
D. Eligibility
1. All entries must be designed for commercial use and have been released in media for the first time between 1st July 2009 and 30th June 2010.
2. All awards are open to entries throughout the world in either English or Chinese language.
E. Entry Categories and Requirements
1. Film Category MPEG or AVI files required; maximum length of 60 seconds; file name shall be the title of the entry; all film entries shall be only accepted as single-piece entries.
2. Press Category JPG files required; no less than 300 DPI; CDMYK color mode; file name shall be the title of the entry.
3. Radio Category MP3 or WMA files required; maximum length of 120 seconds; each entry shall be attached with a text; file name shall be the title of the entry; all radio entries shall be only accepted as single-piece entries.
4. Outdoor Category JPG files required; no less than 300 DPI; CDMYK color mode; file name shall be the title of the entry.

F. Entry Fee
1. Single entry: USD $60.00
2. Two or more than two pieces of entries: USD $120.00
3. Payment by wire transfer is accepted. Charges accrued from bank transfer shall be covered by entrant.

G. Entry Deadline
1. All entry files, documents and related materials must be uploaded no later than 31st August 2010.
2. Entry submission shall not be accepted unless entry fee payment is confirmed of receipt no later than 31st August 2010.
3. Please fill the Invoice Title in the entry form.
H. Entry Submission Procedure
All oversea entries must be submitted online. Please set up a folder in ftp://ciaf.chinadaily.net.cn and save your entry and Appendix 1 in the folder. Please name the folder with your company’s name. J. Special attentions
1. Entries must have been released in media and original copies may be required if necessary.
2. Agency or individual information shall not be appeared in the content of entry.
3. One entry shall only be submitted by one party, i.e. Agency or Production Company, which should be agreed between the parties concerned prior to the submission.
4. Entries shall be submitted by the copyright owner. Other agency or production company or authorized party shall not submit the entry before legally obtaining the authorization from the copyright owner. Otherwise entrant shall shoulder the legal obligation and the award will be withdrawn.
5. Entrant shall shoulder the responsibility of legal problems such as the right of portrait, copyright and the right of trade marks etc related to the entry.
6. Entry shall not be refunded; China Advertising Association has the entitlement to exhibit and publish the submitted works.
7. All shortlists and winner works will be exhibited at the 17th CIAF. All awards shall be presented at the festival. The Awarding Ceremony will take place on the afternoon of 24th October 2010 from 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm.
