The 3rd Session of the 10th Hebei Provincial People’s Political Consultative Conference opened on January 11, and 132 proposals will be discussed during the session.

Insiders said the "hot topics" will focus on the national economy and people's livelihoods. The proposals, made by political advisors, mainly cover provincial economic development and social progress issues, especially those regarding how to ensure steady and rapid growth and how to transform developmental patterns.
