The Nie'er symphony orchestra from Kunming, Yunnan province, brought music with Yunnan characteristics to Chongqing municipality on Nov 7.

The orchestra's main score of the performance was the orchestral suit Dianchi Lake, which depicts Yunnan's natural scenery, long history and various national customs in musical form.

The Nie'er symphony orchestra was founded in 2010 and has over 80 members. In addition to Dianchi Lake, the orchestra played a number of other classical music scores for Chongqing people.
