Naigu Stone Forest will host a flower festival during the National Day Holiday from Oct 1 to 7, with coreopsis blossoming, xw.kunming reported.

During the National Day holiday, tickets for the Stone Forest Scenic Area will be reduced from 175 yuan ($27.5) to 140 yuan. Tickets for the Changhu Lake Scenic Area will be reduced from 10 yuan to 8 yuan, and tickets for the Naigu Flower Festival will be 60 yuan.

The shuttle bus between the Stone Forest and Naigu Stone Forest is two yuan one way. The operation time will be from 9 am to 6 pm.

During the national day holiday, the Yasen Natural Stone Painting Exhibition will be held at the Stone Forest Tourist Center. Visitors with tickets will be able to buy paintings for 100 yuan below the list price.

In addition, tourists who visit the Stone Forests from Oct 1 to 7 can get a free solanum muricatum, a specialty of the area.
