Kunming National Advertising Industrial Pilot Park said on June 25 that several cultural projects in the park are now in a world leading position.

Xumi L-one miniature smart laser projector developed and produced in the park is the thinnest and lightest projector in the world. The projector is as small as a mobile phone, but is able to project 200 inch-range and supports 1920x1080 pixels resolution.

Huangwei Cultural Co, a company that specializes in dubbing Chinese TV programs and movies in foreign languages, plays an important role in culture dissemination. In 2014, the company dubbed more than 350 episodes of Chinese TV series into Lao, Thai and other languages of Southeast Asian countries, making Chinese culture a hot trend among those countries.

So far, more than 220 enterprises operating in the fields of advertisement, cultural and creative industries, such as Microsoft Innovation Center and Sina have settled in the park and formed a mature industrial cluster. In 2014, the output value of the advertisement-related industries in the park reached 1 billion yuan ($161.1 million).
