The China Institute of City Competitiveness Council and other organizations recently released their annual list ranking “China summer tourist cities”, and three cities of Yunnan province, Lijiang, Kunming and Yuxi, are among the top ten.

Other organizations that took part in the selection include the Asia Pacific Environmental Protection Association, the world cultural geography research center and China city-tour network.

The other top 10 summer tourist cities are: Guiyang, Harbin, Qingdao, Heilongjiang reclamation area, Xining, Liupanshui and Yantai.
