Stone pancakes are Tai'an city' traditional delicacy. They are baked on stones. The main ingredient includes corn. The corn should be fully soaked in water and crushed on a stone until they turn into paste. Spread the corn paste on a round griddle, and bake it by swirling the paste in circles from the outside to the inside of the griddle. After it has formed the shape of a round pancake, add chives, salted fish, pickles, and sauce, then roll it up to bring your taste buds a surprisingly intense flavor.
