The temple, which has three yards, was built according to the range of the mountain. The first gate, the second gate, Hall of Sakyamuni, Shaiyue Pavilion, and Mosong Building locate successively at the middle axis.

In the Hall of Sakyamuni sits the bronze statue of Sakyamuni; in front of the Hall stand two Chinese pines and two ginkgo trees growing in couples; at the back of the Hall are ancient pines of the six dynasties under which is the Shaiyue Pavilion. At night when there is a bright moon, the light of the moon passes through the pine and glitters on the ground, which is really amazing. Below the pavilion, there is a 5-sound rock, which will sound like an percussion instrument if one strikes on it. At the back of the pavilion is the Mosong building where enshrines the Laughing Buddha.
