Both sides should strengthen exchanges and improve cooperation in key areas, including anti-terrorism and reduction of multi-national organized crime, said Meng.
Telecommunication fraud involving Chinese has recently been on the rise, he added, proposing a joint combat approach to the crime.
Miro Cerar echoed Meng, stressing that Slovenia is well aware of the telecommunication fraud concerning Chinese.
He said no one is allowed to commit crimes in Slovenia and his country will enhance cooperation with China in judicial processes and law enforcement.
More measures will be taken to better combat such issues, he noted.
