Deputy Head of Jiading district
Li was born in May 1970, in Songzi, Hubei province, and began work, in 1992, then joined the CPC, in 1995. He has a master's degree in engineering and a senior economist certificate.
He is deputy head of Shanghai's Jiading district and a member of the district CPC committee, and is in charge of human resources and social security, civil affairs, sub-district affairs, welfare, retirees and disabled persons, social stability, and armed forces relations.
