Customer satisfaction becomes top priority for Gansu railway bureau

Since Lanzhou – Urumqi railway was first opened on Dec 26, the Lanzhou railway bureau who operate the D2703 Lanzhou – Urumqi bullet train, have had one main priority – customer satisfaction.
Great efforts have been made to help passengers enjoy the journey on the first railway in Gansu province. The bureau came up with several service regulations concerning the standardization of attendants’ behaviors and managing the station.
