Traditional taste of Lanzhou beef noodles

The unique taste of Lanzhou beef noodles are known for its four characters: clean soup, white noodles, red fresh beef and green chives. The production process, including choosing the ingredients, kneading dough and seasoning, has been perfected over time.

Nowadays, Lanzhou has thousand of beef noodle restaurants. More than one million bowls of beef noodles are sold every day. Although it is a traditional craft, Lanzhou beef noodles are developing constantly with time.

Lanzhou beef noodles not only a represent a special taste, but more a sense of cultural heritage.
