Pingtan county will attend the 6th Cross-Straits Cultural Industries Fair which will be held from Oct 25 to 28 in Fujian's Xiamen city. With a focus on cross-Straits cultural enterprises and attracting investment, and the county will aim to promote its key product, the Changfu Cultural Town.

The Pingtan cultural and sports bureau said it will reserve 30 percent of the total booth space at the fair for private cultural companies and their products.

During previous years, Pingtan's participation in the fair involved showcasing its history and development, as well as its special industrial culture products such as animation works, shell carving and the Haitan Old Town, which always attracted the attention of investors attending the event.
