Invention-creation

According to the law, invention-creation under protection of Patent law refers to inventions, utility models and designs. Invention means any technical solution relating to a product, a process or an improvement thereof. Utility model refers to any new technical solution relating to a product’s shape, structure, or a combination thereof, which is fit for practical use. Design means any new design of product’s shape, pattern or a combination thereof, as well as its combination with the color and the shape or pattern of product which creates an aesthetic feeling and is fit for industrial application.
