Wang received his master's degree at the Information and Electronic Engineering Department of Zhejiang University, majoring in microelectronics. He also has an EMBA degree with the Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management.

Wang served as an assistant engineer and engineer in the number six research institute of the Ministry of Electronic Industry. He was a project engineer, sales manager of the workstation network department and department manager of Huaji Software Co Ltd.

Established in 1998, Teamsun has an existing registered capital of 94 million yuan ($14.9 million) and 400 staff workers.
