Xia Shudong is the Chief Executive Officer and the chairman of the directors of board at Chinafront Technology Ltd Co.

Xia Shudong is the Chief Executive Officer and the chairman of the directors of board at Chinafront Technology Ltd Co. He has held this position since May 14, 2007.

Xia founded the subsidiary, Chinafront, in 2000. From 2002 on, Xia was involved with the, "GIS-based digital city-services system study and demonstration." This is regarded as one of the key projects for the China 863-Plan. Prior to his involvement with Chinafront, Xia also participated in several research projects at Peking University.

He also serves on several government advisory committees for the development of GIS services in urban planning.

In 2003, Xia received his doctoral degree in Cartology and Geographic Information Systems from the Remote Sensing and GIS Institute of Peking University.
