Huoshan unveils Mt Dabie tour routes

Huoshan, a western Anhui county located at the northern foot of the Dabie Mountains, has recently unveiled five travel routes, allowing visitors to fully explore the mountain range.

Route 1: Adventure to the main peak of the Dabie Mountains (including scenic areas in Huoshan and Yaoluoping mountains in Yuexi county)

Route 2: Leisure and vacation tour of the Dabie Mountains (including scenic areas in Huoshan, the Grand Canyon of West Anhui in Jin'an district of Lu'an, and Wanfo Lake in Shucheng county)

Route 3: Visit to renowned mountains and rivers (including scenic areas in Huoshan, Yuexi's Rainbow Waterfall and Mingtang Mountain, and Tianzhu Mountain of Qianshan county)

Route 4: Trip to primitive attractions for sightseeing and healthcare purposes (including scenic areas in Huoshan and South Wudang Mountain in Hubei province)

Route 5: "Red tour" of the Dabie Mountains (including scenic areas in Huoshan as well as Jinzhai county's Tiantangzhai Mountain, Yanzi River and Red Army Village)

Huoshan boasts many 4A scenic areas: Nanyue Mountain, Foziling Reservoir, Baima Peak (the main peak of the Dabie Mountains), and Longjinghe Grand Canyon, which is East China's largest waterfalls.

New attractions such as Tongluozhai Hot Spring, a tea museum and a jade industrial park will be developed to boost tourism, local sources said.
