Several young entrepreneurs are currently focusing on cultivating organic rice in Huinan county, Northeast China’s Jilin province. This is expected to help increase the living standards of local farmers.

The team of entrepreneurs is cooperating with the local rice cooperative and farmers in the village, uniformly managing land belonging to rural households.

The county’s organic rice is more expensive than in big cities in China, providing Huinan with larger profits that help increase the living standards of local farmers. The county is also in the process of developing related industries.
