Jilin Declaration, a declaration of cooperation among merchant federations across China, was signed at the 2018 National Local Chamber of Commerce Forum in Changchun, capital of Northeast China's Jilin province on July 25.
The forum, chaired by Jilin governor Jing Junhai, is one of the key events of the 3rd World Conference of Jilin Merchants.
