A "Delegate Passage" was opened at the 19th CPC National Congress on Oct 18. Jilin Delegate Li Wanjun was one of the first 19 delegates from all over China to give an interview there.

Li walked through the passage before the opening session of the Congress and introduced himself with confidence in front of a microphone.

"I'm from Jilin province and I'm an ordinary technician working for CRRC Changchun Railway Vehicles," he said.

He has been working in the workshop for 30 years since 1987 and has received many national awards for his dedicated and innovative spirit.

"Being a skilled worker, I regard my job (machinery manufacturing) as an art form," he said. "I hope I can help to promote better CRH trains to the world."

Li expressed his sense of pride at being in the first generation of high speed rail career workers when talking about the Fuxing bullet trains.

"They're fast and convenient and passengers' travelling experience has improved. For example, they can use Wifi on the trains. I felt so proud of our country when I heard that some passengers were so excited that they started to take selfies."

Li mentioned that he used to hope that trains produced by their company could be exported to the entire world and now his dream has come true. Their trains have entered 103 countries in seven continents.

Finally, Li said he hopes that people in more and more countries will be able to enjoy the convenience brought by the Fuxing bullet trains.
