Countdown to 11th CNEA Expo winds down

The 11th China-Northeast Asia Expo's (CNEA Expo) progress report was released on Aug 2 in Changchun, the capital city of Jilin province. According to the report 2,725 exhibition booths were confirmed by July 24. Changchun is ready to make all preparations necessary to host the expo.

The expo, with a theme of "Innovation, Openness, Inclusiveness and Cooperation", is to be held in Changchun, Jilin province, from Sept 1 to 5.

Li Jianhua, vice president of the Jilin Provincial Council for the Promotion of International Trade, said that 26 forums, eight road shows and the 2nd Global Jilin Tradesman forum will definitely be held during the expo.

Li added that the pavilions will be decorated in late August with a 100 percent special design.

In addition, smart manufacturing enterprises such as Tesla, Hyundai, POLYTECHNIK, EVOLVER and Shenyang Machine Tool are booked to appear.

The E-pay Life pavilion, formerly known as the Finance Innovation pavilion, has been renamed and upgraded. Among other things it will demonstrate internet payments and icloud technology customer finance.

Li said, "The expo has invited public bids for this year's event. The bid opening meeting will be held in middle August."
