Since announcing she was cancer-free at the start of this year, following a partial mastectomy and months of chemotherapy and radiotherapy, Miss Minogue has been photographed at various showbiz parties and events.

Last week she performed on stage at Trafalgar Square with kitsch pop group, Scissor Sisters, and she will resume her postponed Showgirl Homecoming tour in November.

Talking about her battle to regain her fitness, she recently said: 'I have to get on that walking machine -and I've never been in this situation before.

'I don't have strength, I don't have stamina, I don't have everything I took for granted before. I've got a mountain to climb - but I don't fancy hanging around at the bottom of the mountain.'
