If proof were needed that Kylie Minogue is now back to full health, then this glamorous new picture emphatically provides it.

Striking a provocative pose, the 38-year-old star's latest photoshoot - her first in almost 18 months - is her most outrageous yet.

The shoot, for her 2007 calendar, shows the Australian singer wearing a collection of vertiginous stilettoes, outlandish costume pieces and thick, 1960's inspired make-up.

Radiating with health, Miss Minogue has clearly recovered from her gruelling ten-month cancer ordeal.

Fittingly, written beneath the cover title of the calendar, Kylie: The Showgirl Princess, are the words: 'A true fairy tale full of glitter, glamour and dreams' - reflecting Miss Minogue's well documented road to recovery.

Inside the glossy A3-sized pages, Miss Minogue struts her stuff in a total of 12 different outfits.

In one, her hair covered by a vivid black and white flapper-inspired swimming cap, she sports a jaunty pair of white hotpants teamed with a huge black leather belt.

Legs askew, and mouth wide open in a beaming smile, the incredible image transformation is completed with lashings of scarlet lipstick and glitter eye-shadow.

Next up, the diminutive star strikes a leaping ballet pose, wearing a black all-in-one leotard and giant tutu. In place of the swimming cap is a bizarre gold party-piece wig.

Arguably the most outlandish costume consists of a black and gold quartered leotard teamed with sexy, elbow length black gloves and a meter-long conical hat.
